Dear Friends of the YouthSection around the World:

We would like to invite you to participate in the World Meeting of the YouthSection which will take place from July 24-30, 2011 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the purpose of uniting the youthsections that have already formed in different countries around the world for a cultural exchange and to unite as human beings.

The meeting will take place at the Waldorf School Perito Moreno, Civil Association Educator Luz del Sol, located on Calle La Paz 1107, Martínez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Meeting

The topic of this meeting will come from the fusion of different cultures and the individuality of each participant, guided by the questions:  “What can I bring to the world?” and “What can I receive from the world?” to create a union between the countries that form the YouthSection and to focus all on the same point and put our forces in a common purpose to generate a real change in the world.

To accomplish this, participants will live together, make workshops, create social actions and artistic activities, and have moments of conversation, as well as conferences and reflection.

The Dynamic

The dynamics of the seven days of the meeting will not always be the same, because each country will be able to organize a day. This day will include any activities that the organizing country wants: artistic activities, conferences, social activities, cultural activities, etc. But the most important thing is that the country can show us their culture through the activities, whether through a dance, the typical foods of each place, or something else. The idea is to immerse ourselves in the roots of the culture of each country.
